Jennifer: This blog is in inactive status at this point due to other blogging activities. The Isaiah study will likely appear elsewhere. When it does, I'll let you know. Thanks!
Laura: You are such a busy lady!! I really do like your site here. I plan on returning often. Miss you, my friend!
Kerri: As a mom you might also enjoy the video of mom saying that is on this link to my other journal. The other tag link is to my Bible blog.
Kerri: Hi, I was just journal surfing and thought I would say HI. I was reading your profile and it sounds like you are a busy lady :) I homeschooled my daughter and then a couple of other young people. I miss having someone this year to teach.
Jennifer: Hey, does this work? Can you tell I'm not far on this page? Sorry!

Meet the Blogger

I am the wife to a wonderful man who loves God and loves people. We've been married for nearly ten years, and it's been quite the ride in life. Soon after we were married, our lives changed dramatically with the addition of our first son and a beagle. Suffice it to say, there's been very few dull moments in our lives.

I have two wonderful boys with my husband, ages 6 and 8 1/2. Yes, they are boys, B-O-Y-S. There is no doubt in my mind that there are no similarities to girls in their growth and development. *grin* Since I grew up in a household of girls, I am quite sure I have the assurance to be able to say that. These two are spirited boys whom I pray become Mighty Men one day. Many of my days are full of boy humor, boy activities, and boy energy. Bodily functions, bugs and critters, and speed are just the normal course here. These two have been entrusted to me, and I only pray I can do my job in their lives with excellence and integrity.

I'm a home schooling mom, too. Yes, we've hit the level of an "Ultra Conservative" there, haven't we? *giggle* No, we don't eat granola for breakfast, and we aren't too flexible in our everyday schedules. I do, however, own a couple denim dresses, one of which is a jumper. I hear that's the mark of a home schooling mom. *grin*

Why am I beginning this blog? I all ready had a boy blog for sanity purposes, and I need a second one? Well, this one is special. This blog is intended to be part of the process I get excited about called Titus 2. I'll share more about that later, but I hope for this to be an "iron sharpening iron" place, a safe place, a thinking place, and a place where women begin interaction and out of it a unique SYNERGY!
